176 Doctors Joint Support to Release Dr Michael D Jeyakumar from EO Detention

Received 176 doctors support from Perak State within 48 hours
This morning,176 different expertise of doctors whom from Ipoh,Perak were joint support and gave a statement to local media that urged Najib's administration quick released 6 members of Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM),there are Dr Michael D Jeyakumar and five others who still under EO (Emergency Ordinance) detention since 2nd July 2011.This Signature Event was held on last Friday and was giving good feedback from the doctores from Perak State,and the signature event is held to support to release 6 members of PSM from detention.They said that they got almost 176 signatures of the doctors within 48hours.

In media press,they said that they will keep calling more doctors to join the event and get more signatures.They added,they will planning to hold the same kind of event in other states and calling more doctors from other states to show support and keep pressure to Najib's administration to release 6 members PSM including D Michael D Jeyakumar (a doctor) from EO detention.





Court postpone to another a month for Habeas Corpus of 6 members of PSM
On 13th July 2011,lawyers represented of 6 members of PSM were applied for Habeas Corpus to those PS M members from detention under Emergency Ordinance but the court was held on the day that postponed to another a month to just the case.176 doctors were felt disappointed and angry on the postpone being made by the court without any suitable reason.They added that they are concern and worry about the healthy of Dr Michael D Jayekumar who looks very weak since being detained more than 3 weeks.They also did not understand why Najib's administration would used Emergency Ordinance Act to detain those PSM members.

Urge to abolish Emergency Ordinance
Emergency Ordinance Act is to deal with the people who will harm to nation's security.Normally this act will be applied when the communist party members or terrorists are caught.Those people will be detained without any reason or period for the detention until those people are sentenced as no guilty.

As an Anti-EO Blogger,I think Najib's administration was overdraw about to keep detain 6 PSM members under Emergency Ordinance.I can't imagine that Dr Michael D jayekumar is a 'communist party member' or 'terrorist' ? meanwhile he is just a doctor and ordinary human also.Why did the government wanna detain them under EO.It is very obvious that Government under Najib's administration was abuse the law and violate our human right in Malaysia.We should abolish the government which cannot fulfill exercise human right and abuse Malaysian law to catch somebody without any reason.

Yellow Fans 'Welcome' Malaysian Prime Minister,Najib's Arrival in London

Malaysian Prime Minister,Najib Tun Razak arrives in London to meet England Prime Minister,and yellow fans are 'greeting' his arrival.

Many Malaysian people who lived in London were wore Yellow shirt and hang yellow banner to show to Najib Tun Razak.

England is a freedom of  speech's country

In 14th July 2011,Malaysian Prime Minister,Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was arrived in London to meet British Prime Minister,David Cameron.When his arriving to No.10 Downing Street which was the place Najib  met British Prime Minster,there were many yellow fans who wore yellow shirt and hang yellow banners stood along the street to welcome Najib's arrival.

However,Najib was pretending their existence and keep going into the door while the fans shouted that electoral reform,free all detainees,respect human right in Malaysia and etc.They demonstrated along the street with the policemen and bodyguard's watch,they were very peaceful to express their opinion and the policemen was doing their job well and allowing them to demonstrate without any arresting,not like Malaysia's situation.Najib should be shamed on what British Government had done to all yellow fans.

According to reliable information,Najib was feeling unhappy that he saw many yellow fans were awaiting when his arrival and British policemen allowed them to demonstrate without any interruption.Najib then requested to one of the minister officer to drive those yellow fans away from No.10 Downing Street.However,that British minister offical was whispered to his that England always allows people to exercise their own right of freemdom of speech, to voice out their opinion to government.At that time,Najib was embarrassed while going into the door to meet British Prime Minister.

11 Doctors of Tung Shin Joint Statement : We Saw Hospital was Hit By Tear Gas and Water Canon

In midnight of Thursday, 11 doctors from Tung Shin Hospital refute what's Health Minister,Datuk Liow Tiong Lai saying about the director of Tung Shin Hospital claimed that hospital did not been attacked by tear gas and water canon.

These doctors feel angry based on the hospital director and Liow Tiong Lai's dishonest and irresponsible.

Then,they joint the statement that make a clear that many pictures and videos are shown the policemen fired tear gas and water canon into it.

These doctors are Musa Mohd Nordin,Ng Khee Boon from Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology,Low Paik See from Pediatric Advisor,Mazeni Alwi from Pediatric Cardiology Consultant,Sheikh Johari Bux from  Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology,David Quek from Cardiology Advisor,Steve Wong from Plastic Surgery Consultant,Ng Swee Choon from Cardiology Advisor,Mary Cardosa from Anesthesiology Consultant,Ahmad Farouk Musa Consulant Cardiac Surgery,and Jeffrey Abu Hassan from Medical Advisor.

In addition,they said the policemen were went into hospital to catch the Bersih 2.0 members but not like Liow Tiong Lai's said that they just brought injured people to have a treatment.They added that they are surprised the policemen found and caught the protests with very aggressive way even the protests did not provoked those policemen.And they also shelling those policemen who fired tear gas and water canon into hospital,they did not care about the safety and healthy of the patient in hospital.

Irresponsible and dishonest News by Utusan Malaysia

Today's Head of Utusan Newspaper is 'Usaha Polis Bejaya'(Effort by Police Succeed).

The picture shown that People who joined the BERSIH 2.0 Walk throw stone away to the police.

In fact,Policemen were using water canon and tear gas to attack people brutally.

We have a picture that can be proven that policemen were using tear gas to innocent people as follows:-

Look at the another picture,Policemen were fired the tear gas like shooting people.They just keep shooting and don't care whether somebody get injured during they shooting teat gas..They shot the tear gas more than 6 times.These people were very angry and felt been offended as we know that we have the right to speak with freedom under Human Right Act .

We can see people were running away after tear gas had been shot to them.

In right side picture, Policemen were fired many times of tear gas to the crowd.Why they wanna shot manny times since the people did not hold any dangerous weapons or they are not terrorist also?What's the purpose of police by doing such?

Water canon also applied to chase people out of the place.

This situation just like a war..Are they pratice for war? For me, I think the BN Gvernment is wasting our money because they using a lot of tear gas and water canon to chase us away?

As result,few of people were injured caused by tear gas.Among of the policemen were brutally arrest the Bersih member by kicking them and hitting them.

Well,we have the evidence to proof our words!
