Well,our Government under Barisan Nasional never decide to reduce Malaysian petrol price for RON95 (RM1.90/litre) since the international news has reported the reduce of international crude oil.
That's mean Barisan Nasional may gain a 'huge profit' by maintaining the petrol price from day to day.

Royal Commission of Inquiry: Teoh Beng Hock commited suicide

Today,Minister in Prime Minister's Department,Mohd Nazri Aziz has announced that Teoh Beng Hock was committed suicide and it was confirmed by Royal Commission of Inquiry (known as RCI).He then said to media that the RCI into the death of Teoh Beng Hock's Book is publishing on the market.

The book has 124 pages about the details of why,when,and how Teoh Beng Hock dead in MACC Building.
RCI pointed out that the main point of Teoh Beng Hock committed suicide is Teoh Beng Hock being questioned continuously upto 13 hours by MACC.
Continuous 13 Hours Under Cross-Examine by 4 MACC officers who are Arman Alies,Mohd Asraf Mohd Yunus,Mohd Nazri Ibrahim and MACC Deputy Director,Hishamudin.

Teoh Beng Hock dead in MACC Building

First Examination from 6pm to 10pm on 15th July 2009
When Teoh Beng Hock was brought in a office of Selangor MACC Building,Investigation Officer,Mohd Annuar Ibrahim was first using 'Calming Therapy' which 6 or 7 officers called by Annuar Ibrahim to 'brutal chat' with Teoh Beng Hock in the office,and the purpose is to let Teoh Beng Hock 'calmed down'.The way of chatting were let Teoh Beng Hock suffered upto 4 hours before the formal examination.

RCI think that the investigation officer is to destroy the resistance of Teoh Beng Hock,sot that he will tell the 'true story' to the investigation officer.Most of the time,Teoh Beng Hock was answered the questions when they asking.RCI think that Teoh Beng Hock was fulfill the criteria of a person being threaten when examination.


Second Examination from 10:45pm to 12:45am on 15th July 2009
Second examnation was in charged by Arman Alies,Mohd Asraf Mohd Yunus.The report in RCI described the Arman Alies was 'the bullies'(responsible for the bullying of witnessesto get testimony) and Mohd Asraf Mohd Yunus was 'the person who abuse of power by'(Machiavelli used to obtain confessions unscrupulously).

They was not deeply examined to the case (the case about the corruption) but showing 4 different files to Teoh Beng Hock and asked him to pair the documents which printed from computer.Then they forced and get the password of Teoh Beng Hock's private email and checked the mails.RCI think that this is seriously violated his individual rights and  made Teoh Beng Hock felt worried and unconfortable.Teoh Beng Hock might think that his private life and private matter also exposed to those investigation officers.

Third Examination from 1:30am to 3:30am on 16th July 2009
Another investigation officer,Mohd Nazri Ibrahim was in charged of obtain the testimonies from Teoh Beng Hock.RCI said that  this process has made Teoh Beng Hock repeated his testimonies which has been told to Arman Alies and Asraf Mohd Yunus and has been taken upto 2 hours.RCI also pointed out that Nazri was doing such is to delay the time of Teoh Beng Hock and made him fall into despair and also suffered by spiritual and physically so that he would 'pointed out' his boss in the corruption case.

In the conclusion,RCI think that Teoh Beng Hock was impatient,despaired and upset in the office.He felt wanna try get out from the examination.

Fourth Examination suspected from 3:30pm to 7:00am on 16th July 2009
RCI said the three times examination had been caused by Teoh Beng Hock wanted to commit suicide.
''But we believe that there must be something happened between 3:30am to 7:00am and has made Teoh Beng Hock decided to suicide,''said RCI.

RCI think the Selangor Director and Deputy Director of MACC and those Investigation officers should be responsible on Teoh Beng Hock's death.
''However,there was not any evidence that Deputy Director of MACC involved in Teoh Beng Hock's death,''said RCI.Anyhow,RCI described Deputy Director of MACC,hishamudin was the 'arrogant' leader who will unscrupulous and lies to the fact to achieve target.

Opposition party members exposed that the latest issue of ''The Economist'' against part of the 709 BERSIH 2.0 Rally news was brutally blackened in Malaysia.The filtered news is published on 16th July 2011 and about ''Political Affray in Malaysia:Taken to the Cleaners'' .

There are three parts of the news which has been blackened by BN Government.First blackened part is telling about a man who died of heart attack in 709 BERSIH 2.0 Rally;the second part is telling that Najib was agreed and allowed BERSIH members to protest in Merdeka Stadium where the place was suggested by Najib himself but it was declined after that by Najib himself also;and the last part is telling about the way of policemen handled the BERSIH members had provoked a lot of angers among 709 BERSIH 2.0 members and BN Government had agreed to investigate those policemen.One of the video which has been recorded the policemen was using tear gas and water canon fired on those BERSIH members,and the video was showing that those members ran into Tung Shin Hospital to avoid the tear gas and water canon which fired by policemen.

UiTM Offers 'Ibrahim Ali Award' to Malay/Bumiputera Student

Yesterday,UiTM was post a news online that an award called as 'Ibrahim Ali Award' will be given to the UiTM student who has 'clear and consistant' to fight for his/her own race benefits and uphold his/her principles to own race,then he/she will stand a chance to win the award.PERKASA President,Ibrahim Ali will give RM5,000 to the winning student.


Anyhow,such award has its own terms and conditions as below:-


1.Nominee must be a registered organization within the university leaders, such as the Malay literary association or other are considered successful and effective nationalorganization.


2.Participate in or lead a school to defend ethnic and cultural organization such as GPMS,ABIM, or Gapena.


3.Agencies other than recognition of the University


4.Student must have at least 3.0 CGPA and also cannot have criminal records or membership sentenced to poor.


This contest and award will be close after 15th September 2011 and will be the University's annual event and the award will be held ties in with the Graduation Ceremony at November.

This morning,176 different expertise of doctors whom from Ipoh,Perak were joint support and gave a statement to local media that urged Najib's administration quick released 6 members of Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM),there are Dr Michael D Jeyakumar and five others who still under EO (Emergency Ordinance) detention since 2nd July 2011.This Signature Event was held on last Friday and was giving good feedback from the doctores from Perak State,and the signature event is held to support to release 6 members of PSM from detention.They said that they got almost 176 signatures of the doctors within 48hours.

In media press,they said that they will keep calling more doctors to join the event and get more signatures.They added,they will planning to hold the same kind of event in other states and calling more doctors from other states to show support and keep pressure to Najib's administration to release 6 members PSM including D Michael D Jeyakumar (a doctor) from EO detention.





Court postpone to another a month for Habeas Corpus of 6 members of PSM
On 13th July 2011,lawyers represented of 6 members of PSM were applied for Habeas Corpus to those PS M members from detention under Emergency Ordinance but the court was held on the day that postponed to another a month to just the case.176 doctors were felt disappointed and angry on the postpone being made by the court without any suitable reason.They added that they are concern and worry about the healthy of Dr Michael D Jayekumar who looks very weak since being detained more than 3 weeks.They also did not understand why Najib's administration would used Emergency Ordinance Act to detain those PSM members.

Urge to abolish Emergency Ordinance
Emergency Ordinance Act is to deal with the people who will harm to nation's security.Normally this act will be applied when the communist party members or terrorists are caught.Those people will be detained without any reason or period for the detention until those people are sentenced as no guilty.

As an Anti-EO Blogger,I think Najib's administration was overdraw about to keep detain 6 PSM members under Emergency Ordinance.I can't imagine that Dr Michael D jayekumar is a 'communist party member' or 'terrorist' ? meanwhile he is just a doctor and ordinary human also.Why did the government wanna detain them under EO.It is very obvious that Government under Najib's administration was abuse the law and violate our human right in Malaysia.We should abolish the government which cannot fulfill exercise human right and abuse Malaysian law to catch somebody without any reason.

(Left 3)Malaysian PAS President,Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang announced to media that withdraw the Ramadan Bar Closure Plan in Kedah .

He added that PAS in Kedah will take care the benefits of all races.

Before 17th July 2011,one of a Malaysia State,Kedah which the place is under controlled by PAS (Parti Islam Semalaysia),planned to establish Bar Closure Plan during Ramadan month.But this plan was warm against by Non-Islamic people which are Chinese cummunity,Indian Community and Ethic Group.


The Ramadan Bar Closure Plan is purposely ensure that Muslim people can fast during sunshine and also as a respect to Muslim can rest or rest without any outside entertainment during Ramadan month.However,PAS have to take good care of Chinese and Indian who are the residents of Kedah state.According to Kedah's population,Kedah has 1,890,098 residents which including three major communities,there are 1,336,352 Malays (75.5%); 252,987 Chinese (14.2%); 122,911 Indians (6.9%), 35,293 Non-Citizens ; and 27,532 Ethic group (1.5%).



Therefore,PAS of Kedah called other state's PAS leaders and Non-Islam parties to have a meeting to discuss about the problem.Finally,this morning PAS President,Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang announced to media and public that Kedah will establish the Ramadan Bar Closure  Plan during Ramadan,But only effective for Muslim people.There would not be the problem if non-muslims go for entertainment at night.Those entertainment shops including bars are unnecessary force to close and they can still open at night but limited for non-muslims.They also need to ensure that prevent Muslim customer goes into entertainment shops during Ramadan.

Hishammuddin Blames Chinese Newspaper reported 'Sensitive Issues'

Home Minister,Hishammuddin Hussein are unhappy with Chinese newspaper reported sensitive issues of 709  Bersih 2.0 Rally and he plans to meet several Chinese Newpapers's chief editors on reporting the sensitive issues.


He said that there are few times the Malay Community were unhappy with the reporting of Chinese Newspaper and vice versa.He wants the explanation of those chief editors when in meeting.


''It is the responsibility of the chief editors to ensure that their organisations do not go beyond the boundaries set in reporting such issues,''he said.

Despite the clarity of the country’s publishing laws and guidelines, he said, “every paper has crossed the line (in reporting sensitive issues) one time or another. Now it’s Utusan (which has crossed the line).”

Hishammuddin said that it was difficult to control the flow of information on sensitive issues, especially with the emergence of the new media.

Pahang Chief Minister:I Can Create A Facebook Page to Support PM

Pahang State Chief Minister,Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob said to the local media that he also can call 300,000 people to join and support Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak as Malaysian Prime Minister if he creates a page in Facebook.This afternoon,he was attended an event Majlis Mesra Besama Penduduk Raub then he convened a media conference about more than 180,000 people support the page of ''100,000 people request Najib Tun Razak Resignation'' in Facebook.

He added,''this is not the way to force Prime Minister to resign via convene people to like the page in Facebook,If this is worked,then I also will convene 300,000 people to join my page to support Najib Tun Razak remains as Prime Minister,''

Well,may be Pahang Chief Minister is right what he said to local media,but for me as a Malaysian Blogger,I think this is not the problem of creating a facebook page to force Najib Tun Razak to resign.However,this is the feeling and the opinion of more than 180,000 young people want to show to Najib's administration ! Even Najib's cabinets want to be blind and deaf about nowadays young generation's real expression,they can't stop those young people to continue support and overthrow an unfair,full of corruption,disrespectful to human right,control their freedom of speech's Government !

I want to say to Najib's cabinet that I don't care no matter you become blind or deaf about what I said,but I also a youth and I'm not blind to the current politic especially what BN Government has done the 'good indeed' to the Young Generation !

More than 200,000 young people including 1,000,000 people who aged 29 and above,will show to Najib's Administration that they are no longer support YOU again in coming 13th National Election !

Ambiga:We Want to Reform Election But Not Overthrow Government

Our Chairman of the Coalition for Clean and Fair Election (called as BERSIH),Datuk Ambiga Screenevasan said,she wants make a clear line that what Malaysian people done in Bersih 2.0 Rally on 9th July 2011 are to make sure that Government will reform the election and give all Malaysian people a fair and justice in coming 13th National Election.But not like several Middle East Countries,their people demonstrated to show their dissatisfied and to overthrow the current government which can't fulfill the democracy of people.

She said,''our purpose is to request government to reform the election and make sure the coming election will be going under fair and justice way.We can't compare our situation with Middle East Countries,we aren't request Malaysian people to overthrow current government,''

She added that she also hoping BESIH will cooperation with government to improve the current electoral system if government allows.She also make a clear that The page '100,000 people request Najib Tun Razak Resignation' in Facebook is nothing do to with her because this is not the position she wanted.

''We are nothing to do with the '100,000 people request Najib Tun Razak Resignation',BERSIH never ask Prime Minister to step down;like I said,we hope that we can cooperate with government to improve the electoral system and to create  a better electoral system,''

She revealed that many Non-Government Organisation parties asked her create a BERSIH 2.0 Rally,and to lead the rally to request reform the current electoral system.She never thought this rally would brought her a lot of controversy.

Finally,she said that BERSIH is not simply a word  but it slowly reaching the Malaysian people,it has turned into a concept,a feeling,an enthusiasm that you never can strangle it.

11 Doctors of Tung Shin Joint Statement : We Saw Hospital was Hit By Tear Gas and Water Canon

In midnight of Thursday, 11 doctors from Tung Shin Hospital refute what's Health Minister,Datuk Liow Tiong Lai saying about the director of Tung Shin Hospital claimed that hospital did not been attacked by tear gas and water canon.

These doctors feel angry based on the hospital director and Liow Tiong Lai's dishonest and irresponsible.

Then,they joint the statement that make a clear that many pictures and videos are shown the policemen fired tear gas and water canon into it.

These doctors are Musa Mohd Nordin,Ng Khee Boon from Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology,Low Paik See from Pediatric Advisor,Mazeni Alwi from Pediatric Cardiology Consultant,Sheikh Johari Bux from  Consultant Obstetrics and Gynecology,David Quek from Cardiology Advisor,Steve Wong from Plastic Surgery Consultant,Ng Swee Choon from Cardiology Advisor,Mary Cardosa from Anesthesiology Consultant,Ahmad Farouk Musa Consulant Cardiac Surgery,and Jeffrey Abu Hassan from Medical Advisor.

In addition,they said the policemen were went into hospital to catch the Bersih 2.0 members but not like Liow Tiong Lai's said that they just brought injured people to have a treatment.They added that they are surprised the policemen found and caught the protests with very aggressive way even the protests did not provoked those policemen.And they also shelling those policemen who fired tear gas and water canon into hospital,they did not care about the safety and healthy of the patient in hospital.

The Contradictory by MCA President,Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek

                         

On 12nd July 2011,MCA President,Datuk Seri Chua Soi Lek claimed that the tear gas and water canon didn't fired into Tung Shin Hospital and it was a matter of perception only.Moreover he said Bersih 2.0 tried to lie to public.

And now You can see 13rd July 2011 in this afternoon,Chua Soi Lek turned his statement became the tear gas and water canon were only affected nearby the car park of Tung Shin Hospital.His statement was in directed tell us that He admitted policemen has fired tear gas and water canon into Tung Shin Hospital..He just change the place from Tung Shin Hospital to Car Park.

During 709  Bersih 2.0 Rally,Policemen were fired tear gas and water canon to chase Bersih members away from gathering.Part of them told to media that policemen still fired tear gas and water canon to them even they ran into Tung Shin Hospital.Those pictures that shown policemen did fired into hospital were not advertised by all local mainstream media including Newspapers,and Online News under BN Government.The day after 709 Bersih 2.0 Rally,Health Minister went out with the Director of Tung Shin Hospital clarified that policemen didn't attacked Tung Shin Hospital and they just came into it to bring injured people who joined the rally to do treatment.Well,this is one of the big liar from our Health Minister Datuk Liow Tiong Lai and BN Government as bellow:-

Well,our Malaysian Bar Council was verified and found many witness that confirmed Tung Shin Hospital was hit by tear gas and water canon with no doubt ! We would like to review back the day of photo to verify the truth as follows:-

As we see the photo,it was clear and straight tell us that TungShin Hospital hit by tear gas. But,Chief of Police said it was the angle problem !?

Well,This photo already tell us the full story. Even silly people or a kid also can see the Water canon fired into TungShin Hospital. But our liar Heath Minister Liow Tiong Lai said No tear gas or water canon attacked into it !? What a lie !
